4. Sharing Your Information

Service Providers

• Hosting providers: Cloudflare and Netlify. We are moving this website from Netlify to Cloudflare in October 2026.
• Form handling: Cloudflare runs our form service, the robot check on our contact form (Turnstile) and the emails our forms create
• Spam check: TypeSafe provides Jev, the AI model that checks form messages for spam. OpenRouter, in the United States, connects our form service to it.
• SMS alerts: Twilio texts us when a new enquiry arrives. The text includes your name, your phone number or email address, and the service you chose.
• Analytics services: Google Analytics for website analytics
• Advertising platforms: Google Ads for campaign management
• Email services: For transactional and marketing communications

Some of these providers handle data outside Australia, for example in the United States.

How our forms handle your details

Our contact and emergency forms send your details to our own form service. It keeps a copy of each submission for 90 days, so we can recover a genuine enquiry that the spam check holds back by mistake. Then it deletes the copy.

Before an enquiry reaches us, an AI model checks whether it is spam or a sales pitch. The model is TypeSafe's Jev, reached through OpenRouter in the United States. It reads only:

• your message, after we hide email addresses and most phone numbers in it
• your business name and website address
• the service or type of emergency you chose
• the part of your email address after the @
• which form you used

The model never gets your name, your phone number or your full email address from the form's own fields. If you include personal details in your message, it may see them. If you leave the message box empty, the model doesn't check your enquiry at all.

The form service uses your IP address to limit how often one connection can send a form, and stores only a scrambled form of it. Cloudflare keeps logs of requests to our website and form service for up to 7 days, and these logs can include your IP address.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser when you send the form. It processes technical signals such as your IP address and details your browser sends. It doesn't read what you type into the form. Read more in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information through:
