Why Platform21 Exists
I started Platform21 because I was tired of seeing business owners get burnt by agencies that over-promise and under-deliver.
After 25 years in digital marketing, I have seen the industry from every angle: agency side, client side, and as a business owner myself. I have seen what works and what does not. And I have seen too many businesses waste money on marketing that looks good on paper but does not generate actual leads.
The problems are predictable. Account managers who do not understand the work. Reports full of metrics that do not matter. Locked-in contracts that benefit the agency, not the client. And a fundamental misalignment between what agencies optimise for and what business owners actually need.
